31CoWork
31 CoWork is an old hardware store that has gone through many lives but has now undergone a complete full retrofit by Chippenham-based architects Artel31, to create a high-end co-working space in Chippenham for creative start-ups.
The roof space is being improved with a new dormer, the detailing of which uses a galvanised steel surround to link the historic and the new portions of the building.
This architecturally-designed office retrofit now offers the town of Chippenham a great Co-Working space.
