Courtyard Offices

These listed barns were converted to hold an international IT company the scheme sought to balance the requirements of a large modern firm with a historic barn complex. Later linked using a series of smaller lean-to forms they enclose a wonderful courtyard enlivened by the large Oak tree and using narrow paths to identify the entrance points into each area of the conversion.

A farmyard scene with red brick and wooden buildings, including old converted byres, one with a mossy roof. A tall, leafless tree stands in the background, and a wooden gate with a blue sign is visible near the gravel-covered centre.
A small courtyard with gravel ground, outdoor table, and chairs sits between red brick and dark-wood buildings. The buildings have tiled and corrugated roofs, large windows with blinds, and are set against a clear blue sky with visible overhead wires.
