Artel31 are thrilled to have been appointed as architects for the regeneration of the historic Rowden Hill House site in Chippenham. Our plans will restore the landmark heritage buildings and introduce a small number of sensitively designed new homes within a landscape-led, sustainable masterplan.
Concrete stairs with wooden treads at The Dairy, a converted cow byre in North Wiltshire. After gaining permission to increase its footprint by 100%, Artel31 designed a scheme that re-used many of the original materials.
The UK’s first purpose built climbing centre in Chippenham is a major part of the local community, incorporating climbing walls, community cafe, a play park and a concrete skate park. This piece of community architecture was 7 years in the making but is now a centrepiece feature of Chippenham.
